We have always been asked to fill out these surveys every time we get a new vehicle; and the common practice has always been for the rep to bribe or remind us to give them a 10/10 when we do a survey, we didn’t mind, the experiences weren’t horrible, and we guessed their livelihood depended on these surveys; but honestly, if those guys have been getting 10/10, George and everyone we came across in this dealership, and very importantly, the decision makers at the top all deserve a 20/10. We have never, ever had such a pleasant experience shopping for a vehicle. There is no doubt you guys have won at least a family’s worth of customers, and I promise you that this will spread. The “Best Price, Negotiation Free” strategy should be an industry standard! Bravo to whoever came up with this!
